The sample fee is credited against the bulk order; the buyer pays the sample courier. Dies and plates stay on file for reuse at no charge on repeat orders of the same design. Repeat orders take the same production lead time, and rush production can be arranged.
Quantity tolerance is ±3%. ZHY’s own QC team carries out pre-shipment sampling inspection to AQL 2.5. Distributors can use neutral, unbranded outer cartons.
