What we collect
When you send an inquiry or RFQ, we may receive:
- Your name, company, email, phone number, or WhatsApp details.
- Packaging requirements such as quantity, size, materials, artwork status, and destination.
- Messages and files you upload, including artwork, drawings, product photos, or reference packaging.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your requirements, prepare quotations, discuss sample feasibility, support orders, and respond to you.
Access is limited to the sales, sampling, production feasibility, and customer service teams involved in your request. We do not publish uploaded files on the website without permission.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and improve page performance and inquiry paths. It may process pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, referring pages, approximate region, and cookies or similar identifiers.

Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information and uploaded files only as long as reasonably needed to review your request, prepare or follow up a quotation, support an order, meet record-keeping obligations, or resolve a related issue.
