The Xiamen factory behind your packaging specification
ZHY Packing has made paper packaging in Xiamen since 2006, from a 3,000 m² site. The order specification links the packaging in the quote to its accepted structure, artwork and packing reference.
A mailer closure, a rigid-box lid fit and a paper-bag handle need different approval points. Approval points depend on the product, structure and intended handling. Our paper packaging products show the existing family choices.
Make the accepted sample and artwork describe the same pack
The physical sample records structure, finish position, product fit and packing direction together. An assembled sample is the useful reference for fit and opening; a flat print proof answers a different question about the printed surface.

Pre-shipment sampling to AQL 2.5
ZHY’s own QC team carries out pre-shipment sampling inspection to AQL 2.5. The order specification also identifies any additional acceptance requirement.

Identify the order and the inspection requirement
A useful inspection enquiry names the order or proposed pack, the accepted sample or artwork revision, the item to check and the criterion your team needs. An order reference connects the requested check to the exact packaging under discussion.
Include:
- the packaging family and structure;
- the accepted sample or specification revision;
- the product position, closure or packing point that matters;
- the requested acceptance criterion and reporting requirement;
- the destination and intended shipment date.
A specified reporting format makes the buyer’s inspection request clear.
Questions about samples, sampling and document scope
How do you actually check quality before my boxes ship?
ZHY’s own QC team carries out pre-shipment sampling inspection to AQL 2.5. The packaging, accepted reference and any additional acceptance requirement belong in the agreed order specification.
What should the approved sample cover?
It should identify the structure, internal size, product position, artwork revision, finish placement and packing direction relevant to the order. A physical sample lets your team check fit and opening as well as appearance.
What does an ISO document tell me about the packaging order?
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 describe management-system scope. A particular batch’s inspection result needs its own order record; the system document and the batch record answer different questions.
Which document scope applies to a paper tube or child-resistant pack?
FSC covers paper tubes, composite paper canisters and round paperboard boxes. ISO 8317 concerns product-specific child-resistant paper tubes and paper boxes. The quoted structure and intended use determine which product-specific scope is relevant.
