Printing, Die-Cutting and Rigid Box Forming at One Xiamen Site
Xiamen ZHY Packing Co.,Ltd makes paper packaging at one 3,000 m² site in Xiamen, with about 300 machines and about 180 people, and has exported for about 10 years, to 60 countries.

- Offset printing, die-cutting and automatic rigid box forming run in-house.
- Sample and inspection
- Artwork is reviewed before printing. ZHY’s QC team carries out pre-shipment sampling inspection to AQL 2.5.

- Orders ship from Xiamen. Neutral (unbranded) outer cartons are available for distributors.

What is the minimum order quantity?
For custom paper boxes and paper bags, MOQ is 200 pcs per size for each style. Mixing sizes or styles does not combine their minimums. Check minimums by product. Stock collapsible gift boxes follow a separate minimum of 50–60 boxes per stock style in full master cartons. Confirm logo-printing options and their minimums in your quote.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 15–30 working days after specifications, artwork and sample requirements are confirmed. Repeat orders of an unchanged design take the same 15–30 working days.
What should I send for a useful quote?
Send the size and structure, paper and board, print and colour, surface finish, and the order programme with quantity per SKU, destination and target date.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. For collapsible gift boxes, mailer boxes and rigid boxes, samples take around 7 working days once the structure and specs are agreed. Confirm other product sample schedules in the quote. Bulk is made to the approved sample, and the sample fee is credited against the bulk order.
Can I request factory or quality proof before ordering?
Yes. We share factory and process photos, the certificate scans and amfori BSCI audit report listed above, and a physical sample of your box before bulk production.
Which quality or compliance documents can I request?
FSC Mix, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and the amfori BSCI social-compliance audit. The scope of each certificate is listed in the Supplier documents and audit section of this page.
Can one supplier coordinate several packaging families for one launch?
Yes. Boxes, bags, tubes and printed tissue for one launch can be quoted together, and one order can mix several sizes and styles.

- Start with what goes inside, internal dimensions, opening, assembly and shipping route. These choices control material use, tooling, fit, pack-out and freight volume.
- Paper and board
- Choose the direction for kraft, coated paper, white card, greyboard or corrugated board. The material changes rigidity, print response, finish compatibility and construction.
- Print and colour
- Share the CMYK or Pantone direction, printed sides, artwork status and dieline status. This defines the prepress work, colour reference and approval method.
- Surface finish
- Show the intended lamination, foil, spot UV, embossing, debossing, window or die-cut detail. Each finish adds process steps and may change handling or sample requirements.
